Get started: request setup
- Assisted setup
- Your own Telnyx account
- Form takes no payment
Tell us about your team and a person on our team replies. Setup is assisted: we create your workspace, and your calls run on your own Telnyx account. There is no free trial and no instant self-serve signup.
Setup is assisted. A person on our team creates your workspace, admin login and dialing seats after you choose a plan or send a setup request; there is no instant self-serve signup. Calls run on your own Telnyx account (bring your own), which Telnyx bills separately, and need an eligible calling list. The request form takes no payment and does not create an account.
We target same-business-day workspace setup once a plan is paid. This is a target, not a guaranteed access time. Your access and connection instructions arrive by email when the workspace is ready.
What happens after you ask
A person reads your request and replies by email. We confirm the plan that fits, answer questions about lists, calling and your Telnyx account, and explain how workspace setup works. To start, you choose a plan on the pricing page; a person then provisions your workspace, and we target the same business day.
DialBreeze is a browser power dialer: you upload contacts and lists, dial from your browser, record dispositions, tasks and callbacks, filter what is available to call, and review team reports. After-call AI transcripts and summaries are included on Pro and Team.
What to send now
Your name, work email, industry and expected number of dialers are enough to start. Notes are optional. Mention your current dialer or a workflow you need, but do not paste lead records, health information, card details or carrier credentials into this form.
We use your request to reply and arrange setup. Read the privacy notice for the website, email and account data flows.
Workspace setup Production readiness check Live list
Production readiness check.
A named stage after workspace setup and before rollout. We walk through these four checks with you on your own Telnyx account before your first live list.
- Browser audioHeadset connected and microphone permission allowed for the DialBreeze app, heard both ways.
- Telnyx connectionYour own Telnyx account, with outbound voice enabled, linked to DialBreeze.
- Authorized caller IDA number on your Telnyx account that you are allowed to call from, set as the outbound caller ID.
- A permitted test callOne call to a number you may call, worked through its disposition, recording and after-call output.
It confirms the setup works. It does not predict your connect rate, caller ID display on every phone or your Telnyx bill.
After you request setup
A received message is not yet a workspace. Your workspace is ready when our setup email says it is. Check your spam folder for our support address; contact us using the same work email if our reply has not arrived.
Begin with one supervised call: confirm your audio, work the call through its disposition and next step, open the recording and, on Pro and Team, compare the AI write-up with the audio. Then repeat the cases that would affect a working day, such as a callback, wrong number or stop request.
Moving to production
Choose a paid plan when it fits. The setup request is not a subscription and does not charge you. Production calling uses your own Telnyx account and real, eligible calling lists. Before any live campaign, we run the production readiness check with you, and you review your calling policy and recording requirements. Carrier charges are billed separately by Telnyx. The getting started page shows every step from payment to your first live session.
